Company Corporate building

In this project we seek to create a multifuncional building that combines accessibility, sustainability, energy efficiency, design and usability.

Creating a protected open space courtyard, sunlight favours the building efficiency saving energy and creating comfortable environments.

The configuration of the building and the type of structure allows such solution whose facade enables for harnessing solar energy by placing solar panels.

The solutions provided in this building and its versatility make it possible to create different spaces in each of its plants as vehicle parking spaces, showrooms and sales spaces, restaurants, offices or apartments on the top floor can all coexist within the same building concept.
